Focus and Scope

Kandai welcomes contributions on critical issues of language and literature, including theoretical linguistics, applied linguistics, interdisciplinary linguistics, oral tradition, philology, semiotics, pure literature, applied literature, interdisciplinary literature, also literature and identity politics.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to Kandai is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon the reviewers’ reports or recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

 

Publication Frequency

Kandai is published online twice a year, on May and November.

 

Open Access Policy

Kandai provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Kandai is published by Kantor Bahasa Sulawesi Tenggara.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

This journal also have a duty to store the digital archive to Center for Scientific Documentation adn Information, Indonesia Institute of Sciences (PDII LIPI) via ISJD.
